The website mangalsenandsons.com is owned and operated by Mangal Sen & Sons, a registered commercial entity based in Delhi, India. Throughout this document, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Mangal Sen & Sons. "Service" refers to the provision of 3D Hologram Fans, Gobo Projectors, Digital Standees, and associated software and technical support.

2. Commercial Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Use of our high-intensity projection equipment for unauthorized or illegal purposes—including the violation of any local advertising laws in your jurisdiction—is strictly prohibited.

3. Accuracy of Technical Information

While we strive for 100% accuracy, Mangal Sen & Sons is not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The technical specifications of 3D Fans and Logo Projectors are subject to micro-updates by our manufacturing unit. We recommend checking our Technical Support Hub for the most recent user manuals before installation.

4. Product Pricing and GST

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All B2B prices quoted on this website or via WhatsApp are inclusive of GST (07DCEPM9894M1ZL) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any specific hardware model (e.g., MS-65W series) without prior notice.

5. Payment Protocols (PhonePe & Secure Processing)

We use encrypted gateways for all transactions.

6. Intellectual Property & 3D Content

The 3D assets, logos, and instructional videos found in our Knowledge Hub are the exclusive property of Mangal Sen & Sons.

Content Usage: When you use our Video Conversion Guide, you retain the rights to your own brand assets. However, you are prohibited from reverse-engineering our proprietary .BIN conversion software or our Remote CMS Management systems.

7. Hardware Warranty and Service Limitations

Our standard 12-month hardware warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover:

8. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Mangal Sen & Sons, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages arising from your use of our equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by improper mounting of heavy Digital Standees or eye-strain caused by direct staring into high-intensity Gobo Projector beams. Safe installation is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
